it was tough shit. I think I went over my 500 calorie limit a bit, but that’s normal at first right? I doubled the thigh gap workout and my thighs burn like hell… it’s okay though it is the beginning and it should get easier when I learn self-control and get into the habit of things. I need to stop binging. And my mom needs to be more supportive of the fact that I am trying to lose weight…she thinks I’m gonna go anorexic on her. There is a difference between wanting to be a healthier weight and a bag of bones (no offence to anyone that is anorexic ) I just need more support…

dude 1200 calories per day is the recommended caloric intake for a 6 year old. your mom is not supportive of 500 calories a day because that is an extremely low amount and is dangerous. if you want to be “healthy” that is not the way. try eating balanced meals/eating clean and working out. i guarantee you will feel and look better.
